Second, a mock-up design, quote, contract, and pay link for 50% retainer fee will be sent.

Third, the remaining amount is due 30 days prior to your event.

We are happy to say that we do not have a minimum on orders!

We require a 50% non-refundable retainer to hold your event date when you decide to book with us.  Full payment is due 30 days prior to your event.

DELIVERY

We are located in Steamboat Springs, CO. Delivery will be included in your quote and will increase based on distance and venue restrictions.

Standard delivery within 60 miles of Steamboat Springs is $400.00

Delivery fee includes:

• Labor packing the delivery vehicle prior to your event

• Driving to your venue

• Delivering all rental items on your order to safe on-site location

• Setting up large furniture items (attaching furniture legs, etc.)

• Driving back to the warehouse

• Returning to your venue to pick up rental items at the end of your event

• Driving back to the warehouse

• Labor to restock items into our warehouse

Absolutely! These are meant for inspiration and depending on availability swaps can certainly be made!

Weddings and events are lively occasions, and occasional spills can happen. Our team will make every effort to clean minor spills; however, for larger incidents that require specialized cleaning or replacement, additional fees may apply.

The client is responsible for rental items from the time they are delivered until they have been picked up by Tatanka Rentals.

Please keep all items secure, dry and protected from the elements as we do charge for missing, broken and water damaged items that cannot be put back into our inventory.

All of our policies are clearly outlined in our contract. We will send this to you for review when you request a quote and we are happy to answer any questions you may have!
